Orders can be cancelled before they are picked up from your location. Once a shipment has been picked up, cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your tracking number.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for cancelled shipments that have not been picked up.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation request approval.
  • A cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund amount as per our pricing structure.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Charges for services already rendered cannot be refunded.
  • Insurance premiums are non-refundable once the shipment is in transit.
  • Additional handling or special service fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs clearance and duties paid are non-refundable.

4. Failed Deliveries and Returns

If a delivery fails or the recipient refuses the shipment, we will attempt redelivery as per our standard procedures. If the shipment is to be returned, applicable return shipping charges will apply.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Refunds for lost or damaged shipments are subject to our liability limits as per applicable law.
  • Proof of shipment condition and photographic evidence may be required to process claims.

6. Amendment Charges

Any amendments to shipment details after booking confirmation may attract additional charges. Changes requested after pickup cannot be accommodated.

7. Refund Process

  • Provide your booking reference or tracking number.
  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2-3 business days.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
